Our pricing structure covers a wide range of scenarios from global hybrid events to simple interactive presentations. Mix products & services to achieve the best results.
Towards fair pricing
Industry standard of establishing pricing based on the number of registrants is unfair to clients. This results in 40% to 60% overcharging. Our pricing below is based on "actual attendees", i.e. attendees that actually attended your live event. You don't pay for unused tickets. You will pay less using Hypersay Events.

Stand-alone Studio
We have designed our Studio to work seamlessly with Hypersay Events. However, we recently decided to open the Studio to the general public use. So feel free to use the Studio as a stand-alone video streaming studio to reach other RTMP endpoints as well: events platforms, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, etc.

Language tech & services
We offer a range of technologies, softwares and services that cover most language support scenarios, for in-person, hybrid or digital events. We provide our own software and we work with agencies (such as 121Captions and Oncallinterpreters) to ensure the best manual captioners, interpreters and sign language professionals are available for your event.
